Thich Nhat Hanh on Why Doubt is Good

Doubt is often seen as a stumbling block in meditation practice, as well as in life. But if you see it as a problem, you get stuck and lose faith in yourself or think you’re doing something wrong. In this short video, Thich Nhat Hanh explains why doubt isn’t a bad thing. If you put the Dharma into practice, doubt can help you to develop deeper understanding and compassion. As they say in Zen:

“The greater the doubt, the greater the enlightenment…”
